You will be assigned an account name when your account is created. The PIN and password that you choose will be assigned to your account if they are available, otherwise, we will assign a different PIN and password for you. You will be notified by a Confirmation Letter sent to the company address when your account is created.

I understand that I will solely be responsible for protecting my account, password, and PIN from unauthorized use, and I agree that I will notify the Oregon Seed Certification office immediately if someone other than the above named user uses the account, with or without my permission, to access the Seed Certification On-Line Services.
