Oregon Certified Seed Potato Information
Just a Reminder:
1. June 1st (or 15 days after planting for lots planted after May 25th) is the cutoff date to avoid a $50/application late fee on potato seed applications. No applications will be accepted after June 30th. Applications are available at Extension Service offices or online (see below).
2. NOTE: This year, a North American Seed Health Certificate is required with all Potato Seed Applications.
3. The Necrotic Virus Management Plan requires that all seed transported across state lines be inspections at the point of shipping for the presence of Necrotic arcs. Contact the Oregon Department for Agriculture (503-986-4620) to arrange for this inspection.
